FEATURES OF BLACK SEA MATCHA HIGH QUALITY 250 GRAM

We produce Matcha tea, a Far East source of healing and weight-loss benefits, entirely locally from tea leaves in Rize. We use an average of 1,250 tea leaves to produce 250 grams of Black Sea Matcha.

To produce Black Sea Matcha, we cover our tea gardens with special mats a month before harvest. As the Greenest Tea Industry, we are the first to implement this practice, covering acres of tea land on a serious and widespread scale in Turkish agriculture. This practice transforms the tea leaves we use in production into antioxidant powerhouses, resulting in perfect color, flavor, and aroma for the tea buds.

According to data obtained from analyses conducted at the TUBITAK Marmara Research Center, 100 grams of High-Quality Black Sea Matcha contains 5320 mg of antioxidants. This antioxidant value is comparable to the average antioxidant content of matcha teas worldwide, which is around 1700 mg per 100 grams. The tea leaves we grow in shaded areas, covering our tea gardens with special covers a month before harvest, are a powerful source of healing antioxidants. This means that this 250-gram package contains an average of 13300 mg of antioxidants. Our teas do not contain any other plants like senna, meaning the product you receive is 100% pure matcha tea. While the dietary fiber content of our tea is 33.2 grams per 100 grams in many other imported products, Black Sea Matcha contains 44.05 grams per 100 grams. Black Sea Matcha, which does not contain any additives or dyes, contains no fat, is low in energy and contains 24.50 grams of high protein per 100 grams, making our tea advantageous in diets and healthy nutrition. Black Sea Matcha’s catechin ratio, which is the total of substances beneficial to human health, is 11.77% per 100 grams, and this ratio is much higher than normal green tea.

How Should I Use It? How Much Product Is Enough for One Package?

Adding half a teaspoon of Black Sea Matcha to a mug of hot water is sufficient. We recommend no more than two cups per day. We recommend drinking it as a snack or half an hour before meals. You can add it to milk, yogurt, smoothies, and any other suitable food or beverage. If used this way, 250 grams of our product will last approximately four months.

Our product is a specially produced leaf green tea with a high brewing rate and exquisite flavor, produced from tea leaves specially harvested from the same tea gardens, rich in chlorophyll and antioxidants.

How to Brew: To brew as a loose tea, add enough boiled water to the teapot. Add 1-2 grams (about a pinch) of Gourmet Leaf Green Tea for each cup (approximately 150 ml) and let it steep for 3 minutes. Strain before drinking. You can also enjoy it as iced tea, or add sugar.
