This practice transforms the tea leaves we use in production into antioxidant powerhouses, resulting in perfect color, flavor, and aroma for the tea buds. How Should I Use? How Much of One Package of Product Is Enough? Adding half a teaspoon of Black Sea Matcha to a mug of hot water is sufficient. We recommend no more than two cups a day. We recommend drinking it as a snack or half an hour before meals. You can add it to any food or drink that’s suitable for you, such as milk, yogurt, smoothies, etc. If you use it this way, 50 grams of our product will last for an average of 15-20 days.
